Our long-term strategic plan is built around seven focus areas.
01
Sponsoring pupils who cannot afford education — tuition and essential learning costs covered.
02
Free and sponsored mentorship programmes across schools in Nigeria.
03
Sports, music, arts and skill-acquisition training after school.
04
Improving classroom practice and the use of technology in teaching.
05
Seminars for parents on why and how to stay involved in their children’s education.
06
Inter-school sports that build skills, confidence and wider community networks.
07
Feeding, clothing and medical support — because a child cannot learn hungry or untreated.
Dr. Faiza Haruna Maitala registers the foundation as a proactive response to rising illiteracy and poverty among Nigerian children aged 3–18.
SUCH Foundation runs its first outreach in Karsana, Abuja, introducing free tutoring and enrolling the first cohort of mentees.
The Big Sibling Mentorship track is formalised, alongside the first teacher-training workshops for partner schools.
Feeding, clothing and healthcare-referral support are added, addressing barriers to learning beyond the classroom.
SUCH Foundation formalises its governance with a six-member Board of Trustees to guide the foundation's growth.
The Board bears full legal responsibility for the foundation, bringing decades of experience across finance, marketing and academia.

These are not posters on a wall. They shape how we sit with families, report to donors, and stay in communities long after the cameras leave.
Dignity, patience and respect in every interaction — with children, parents and partners.
Transparent reporting, tracked outcomes and trust that donors can verify.
Locally embedded work, parent inclusion and presence that lasts beyond a single project cycle.
Every programme is judged by what it means for the child in the room — not the report alone.
